Things You Need to Know

  • If an item is damaged, we will gladly send you a replacement or you can request a refund by emailing us with the order number and an image of the damaged product.

  • If you are requesting a refund for a damaged product, please return the item and the refund will be issued. 

  • You will only have 7 days for returns if you wish to be refunded for the item. 

  • If you are returning a damaged product and would like a replacement, you have 7 days to contacts us. 

  • Email us for further questions or concerns!
