Things You Need to Know
If an item is damaged, we will gladly send you a replacement or you can request a refund by emailing us with the order number and a picture of the damaged product.
If you are requesting a refund for a damaged product, please return the item and the refund will be issued.
You will only have 30 days for returns if you wish to be refunded for the item.
If you are returning a damaged product and would like a replacement, you have 14 days to contacts us.
